Sri Lankan customers - We will pick up exchange items from your door step and exchange it for another choice or offer you credit for a future purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You need to simply contact : Customer care by email or 076 -777 1353 within 3 days of delivery, if you have any issues or queries.

International customers -

  • India - You can write to us on and we will arrange a pick up from you for the items you wish to return.
  • Other countries - You would have to send the item back to us. Your preferred exchange item though will be sent to you at our cost. If you have any queries on this please email us on

• All Items should be new, unused, and with all FASHION MARKET and designer garment tags still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 
• Products should be returned to us within 4 days of receipt for Sri Lankan customers and within 14 days for international customers.
• We allow exchange of products sold (except for the products - Bras, Swim wear, Accessories, Hand bags and Shoes)
• Items can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product, subject to availability of stock. You may have to pay the price difference if any.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way and they have the original tags on them!

All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns and implement our exchange and credit policy. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
