At FashionMarket.lk we believe in creating a great online shopping experience and all of the benefits it offers and we know that returns and exchanges need to be made extremely convenient to our customers to take away any concerns of an online purchase and as a result of it we have an extremely convenient policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 4 days of receipt and you can exchange the item for a different size / color or different product of your preferred choice.
For Returns or Exchanges you need to simply contact: FashionMarket.lk Customer care by email firstname.lastname@example.org or 0767-771353 if you have any issues or queries. We will thereafter send our fulfillment service to pick the item your returning /exchanging and replace it with a new item that you have picked or exchanged. The cost of returning the item to us will be borne by us.
• All Items should be returned new, unused, and with all FASHION MARKET and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• Products should be returned to us within 4 days of receipt
• We allow return & exchange of products sold (except for the products listed down below) in www.fashionmarket.lk within 4 days. Bras, Swim wear, Accessories, Hand bags and Shoes
• Items can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product, subject to availability of stock. We encourage you to visit the shop and exchange the product. You may have to pay the price difference if any. FashionMarket.lk does not undertake any refunds.
· Delivery will be on the same day, if you are living in Colombo (1-15) and you have placed your order before 12 Noon.
· When you place the order before midnight and your delivery address is within Colombo, delivery will be within 24 hours.
· When you place the order before midnight and your delivery address is outside of Colombo, delivery will be within 48 hours.
· Your delivery will be handled by KAPRUKA delivery/ fulfillment partner. They will contact with you prior to delivery to inform the delivery time if it is cash on delivery payment.
· Delivery will be free island wide if the order value is more than Rs 3500 and a delivery charge will be applicable if the order amount is less than Rs 3500
· Delivery is fully tracked and delivery notifications are sent via email.
· Customer signature is required on the courier slips.
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. FashionMarket.lk cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
